We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Please read the policy below, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging, in the same condition as received.

How to Start a Return

Email us at nathan@expedition-east.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions on where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item — in which case we will cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us at nathan@expedition-east.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
