The location is also solid. It's close enough to get around easily, but not right in the middle of the busiest areas. That balance worked really well. You can go out, explore, eat, and then come back somewhere quieter at night without all the noise.

What stood out to me is how different these international hotel chains feel in China compared to back in the U.S. Brands like Hilton Garden Inn or even Holiday Inn might not have a luxury reputation in America, but here, they often offer a noticeably better experience. The service feels more attentive, the rooms are better maintained, and overall, there's just a higher standard.
What makes it even better is that it usually comes at a lower price too.
