Calling these "rooms" would be doing them a disservice. Each accommodation at Blossom Garden Resort is a private villa, and the interiors are a world apart from the rugged exterior. That said, if you're planning to visit Danxia Mountain (丹霞山), the area's crown jewel for hiking, be prepared for an additional hour's drive from the resort.
Shaoguan's public transportation is limited, so a rental car is strongly recommended. On the bright side, the resort offers electric car charging stations for EV road trippers — a thoughtful touch that reflects how well this property has thought through its guest experience.
